Insurance is designed to help you meet the cost of medical services but the ultimate responsibility for payment is yours. Urology Associates of Danbury, P.C. is a provider for Medicare and most major insurance plans. Co-payments are due at the time of service.
Urology Associates of Danbury participates with the following insurance plans:
We request payment at the time of your appointment for services that are not covered by insurance. We accept Visa and Mastercard, American Express and Discover. When necessary, our staff will work closely with patients who require a payment plan.
Co-payments are always required at the time of your visit!
